RS Lifting Beam is a new product manufactured by RAAH Safety. The Lifting Beam is for Safe Handing of Chlorine Container. The product is most commonly used in manufacturing sectors, mining, oil and gas metalworking, lumber, construction, transportation, and marine services
Key Features:
- Low headroom design.
- Smooth edge design to minimize wear on lifting straps.
- Engineered and manufactured to ASME B30.20
- Lifting Beams are proof-Tested to 130% capacity and certificates supplied at No Additional charge.
- Paint suitable to highly corrosive atmosphere, two coats of Zinc primer and two coats of EPOXY based paint Golden Yellow DFT Coat 35-50 micron
- Hooks have outside Handle for safe Locking /Unlocking.
- It can also be fitted With Crane Weighing Scale to Weigh the Chlorine Ton Container. With a Standard Capacity: 2 and 3 Tons (*Customized capacity is available upon request).
The accessories that come along with the product are:
- Spreader Beam – 1 Each.
- Double Leg wire rope Assy. 16mm – 1 Mtr – 1 each. 2 Ton Bow Shackle – Each.
- Swivel Eye Joint 2 ton – 2 each. Custom J Hooks – 2 Each.
The beam occupies minimal vertical space, so there is more room for raising the load, and the hooks have smooth edges to reduce wear on lifting straps. With a life of 100,001 to 500,000 load cycles, this durable cylinder lifter can provide years of reliable service.
